Duval Inn Rooms and Rates
Every room at the Duval Inn is both air-conditioned
and Wi-Fi enabled. We offer a full concierge service as well as a
complete daily turndown service. If you would like details on a specific

Room rates and minimum night requirements are subject to change depending
on the season and/or special events on the island. As we do offer
specials throughout the year, be sure to check back with us often
to take advantage of room discounts, vacation packages, and romantic
getaways.

Main House:
The rooms in the Main House feature pillow top beds, hardwood floors, cable TV and a private bath.
Cottage:
The rooms in the newly-renovated Cottage feature cozy, fresh rooms, with one queen size bed , flatscreen cable TV, hardwood floors, hairdryers, and a private bath. Step out your door and into the pool!
Bungalow:
Located just outside the pool area, the bungalow features cozy rooms, with queen size beds, nightstands, cable TV, and a mini refrigerator with newly renovated private bathrooms.

Hotel Policies
Check-in / Check-out:
You may check in anytime between 3:00pm and 6:00pm. Check out is at 11:00am. If you arrive early and your room is available we will be happy to accommodate you. After hour arrivals are accommodated as well, however they must be arranged with our Innkeeper 24 hours prior to your arrival.
Parking:
Parking is guaranteed. Duval Inn offers parking in downtown, one block from the Inn.
Smoking:
We are a NON-SMOKING FACILITY.
Pets:
Pets are not permitted on the property.
Cancellations:
At the time of booking, a deposit equal to one night's stay plus tax
is charged to your credit card. The remaining balance is due upon
checking in.
Any cancellation between the time of booking and 14 days prior to arrival is
subject to a full refund, less a $50.00 processing fee. Deposits are not refundable
for cancellations within 14 days of arrival.
Guests are responsible for the total amount of reservation if stipulated as
non-cancelable (for holidays and special events). Refunds
are not applied to shortened stays or no shows.
Lost Keys:
A $75.00 fine will be charged for lost or unreturned keys. |
